The LED garlands decorative are usually composed of a protection floor for charging batteries, and a more or less long filament equipped with many LED’s. 
Its role is purely decorative and cannot be considered as a lighting in its own right.

Its low power and the fact that they do not heat, allow them to settle in all dry environments and within the reach of all hands, without any danger, without being however toys, but good decorative items.
